Returning from a trip to Japan. Suitcaces filled with fascinating images and the question: What does a piece of furniture, referencing the form of a Japanese written character, look like?

The answer is: TIN. Its solid oak board is fitted with a frame which opens up to the shorter edges, resting on an anthracite-lacquered steel frame. Legs and boards have been finished in the same thickness. The ends can be pulled our synchronously, thereby expanding TIN in the middle.
